However, yes, he’s right in saying that I like bird’s saliva. You may know it as the more nicely packaged name of Bird’s nest. It’s a “delicacy made from the salivary excretions of the swiftlet”.
Hahaha it sounds gross but if you don’t consciously think of it as saliva, you won’t actually realize it IS saliva. It has no taste and the sugary sweet soup it is usually served in conceals any remnants of its true properties.
I like it because it is full of nutrients and good for skin. Besides, I’m extremely partial to sweet things :D
