I spent most of the week planning and researching for… yes! A trip to Korea!
After watching so many K-dramas and Running Man, I finally get to go the places onscreen and eat the delicious food I could only drool at before! And can do all those uniquely Korean things like jjimjilbangs and what not!
YAAAAHH! Mad excited about it!!!!
I’ve been so good about not shopping AT ALL since I bought air tickets. Seriously, not at all. I didn’t buy even a lip balm! I’m totally gonna unleash the beast when I’m there.
NOTHING CAN STOP ME MUAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!
I’ll probably share places and stuff when I’m back :D
Oh a random note, Japan and Korea are very close; Close enough that there are ferry services running between Japan and South Korea.
But why are air tickets still so bloody expensive?!! We paid about SGD 500 each for a return ticket on Asiana Airlines between Haneda and Gimpo! UGH.
Doesn’t help that budget airlines doesn’t serve Tokyo. All of them only fly from Osaka :I
Cannot let this affect my mood! Shall go listen to some happy K-pop songs and pack our luggages ^o^
Hello! Just wanted to tell you that I love reading your blog! I think I stumbled upon this when I was googling about Hadacrie. I’ve also visited the Alice cafe as per your recommendation in my recent Japan trip. I’m super 哈日 and jelly you get to stay there! :D Please keep blogging! <3
Hello Wern!
Thank you for the kind words and encouragement! 頑張ります!(just in case, it reads “gambarimasu” :D )
Did you like the Alice in Wonderland restaurant?
The food at the Alice cafe was good, however the branch I went to in Shinjuku was quite plain compared to your pictures, seems like the menu was also much less extensive? But it was a good experience nonetheless.
I will be stalking you on Instagram for more doses of Japan! Please continue to feed my depthless appetite onegaishimasu! :D
Ahhh, pity about the menu, but at least the food was good and you had a positive experience overall! :)
Haha, I’ll do my best! ;D
